When you place a commission with me, as part of the process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address, and where applicable, any images provided by you which are relevant to the commission. I may also collect your data when accessing my social networks, talking to you on the phone or in emails to me, and if you provide me with any feedback.
2. When you browse my website, I automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and other technical data, in order to provide me with information that helps me to improve my website, products, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
3. My website uses cookies to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our Services or email. 1. I ask for payment for commission work via a personal online bank transfer once an invoice to you has been raised.

6. MARKETING

1. I may use your personal information to tell you about relevant news. I can only use your personal information to send you marketing messages if I have either your consent or a legitimate interest to do so.
2. You can ask me to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by emailing me at enquiries@cbfinejewellery.com, or use the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you. Where you opt out of receiving marketing messages from me, this will not apply to personal data provided to me as a result of instructing a commission or services or any other transaction between you and me.

7. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

1. I protect your information using measures that reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration.
2. I minimise the amount of personal information I disclose to what is directly relevant and necessary to accomplish the specified purpose. In so doing we may disclose your personal information to authorised third party service providers who help us to provide our services such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, in order to facilitate your purchase.
3. I will not share your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
