Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email, and we will be in touch with you within 1-3 business days with an order update.

Every piece of Faith Mother jewellery is made to order and production typically takes around 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise specified. If you require quicker delivery, please contact us at hello@faithmother.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen for you.

Where artwork approval is required, production won’t start until your approval has been received by email.

Delivery within the UK is complimentary. UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail, unless specified otherwise. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. All packages are insured and will require a signature upon receipt.

For customers outside of the UK, orders are subject to the relevant duties and taxes at time of delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We are able to offer international shipping to the following countries:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Lativia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Rest of World: USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Bahrain, Israel, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Please note that even for countries which we will deliver to, there may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export/import. Other destinations may be available on request.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Faith Mother purchase, please contact us straightaway on +44 (0) 1625 461199 or at hello@faithmother.com so we can help.

Please be aware that due to the personalised nature of the jewellery, all bespoke or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Where an item is eligible for return, it must be received within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as delivered. All return shipments must be insured for the full GBP amount and shipped back via an agreed courier. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from any credit due. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.
